We try to provide a high-standard of customer service that extends to our returns policy.

Right to Change Your Mind The Distance Selling Regulations of the United Kingdom gives a consumer the right to change their mind within 14 days from delivery, starting the day after delivery. For this to apply the goods must be returned in a new state with original packaging that is un-opened and not damaged: fit to be sold on to another customers. If you have changed your mind, please contact us using the Contact Form. Please state that you have changed your mind, the goods are in a new condition and un-opened and include your order number.

You will need to pay for your own postage costs and we strongly advise you to use a recorded delivery service and to keep the receipt as we will not accept losses from undelivered returned goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to us.

On receipt, your card account will be credited to the original value of the goods (less delivery cost and including VAT). The original delivery will not be included in the credit. If original delivery was free of charge due to a discount, we will make a deduction from your refund at the delivery charge rate plus packaging, in order to cover our reasonable costs.

After 14 days, items may still be returned if we accept them, subject to a 20% restocking charge.

We will respond within one working day by giving you a returns number and the address details to send the products to. We may not accept goods back without a returns number.

Faulty Goods. Should a product fail or break we will provide you with the choice of a replacement or refund for the normal life of the product. Please contact us using the Contact Form or call us stating the problem and what you require. In most situations we are able to provide a replacement within 24 hours and it may not be necessary for you to return the faulty item. However, should this be the case we will issue you with a returns number and instructions for sending the item back to us or we will arrange a pickup at our expense. We will keep you informed of the replacement process by email and telephone.

Items returned without a returns number may not be accepted and returned to sender.



The brands and trademarks owned by the OEMs are referred to only for the purpose of pointing out which of the OEM products are compatible with ours. We are not in any way associated with the OEM and do not sell OEM products.
